Red-Tailed Hawk Flying

Collection: Hawks and Owls

Red-Tailed Hawk Flying — wildlife photography print by Lynn Starnes

The red-tailed hawk is the most widely distributed raptor in North America, found from Alaska to Panama. Broad wings and a short fanned tail make it a soaring bird, riding thermals for long periods with very little wingbeat while it watches the ground below.

Fine art prints from $23.85 — available on canvas, acrylic and aluminium.
