Image Licensing & Copyright

Every photograph on this site was taken by Lynn Starnes and remains her copyright. This page sets out what buying a print gives you, and how to license an image for any use beyond that.

Copyright

All photographs are © Lynn Starnes. All rights reserved. They are protected under United States copyright law.

Unauthorised reproduction, download, redistribution or commercial use of any image is not permitted.

What buying a print gives you

Purchasing a print gives you the right to display that print in your home or your business, for as long as you like.

It does not grant digital rights, reproduction rights, or licensing rights. The print is yours; the image remains hers.

Licensing an image

Editorial, press, publishing and commercial licences are available. Lynn considers each request individually, because the right terms depend on where and how the photograph will be used.

To enquire, email lynn@greatwildlifephotos.com with the photograph you have in mind and a short description of the intended use — publication, print run, territory and duration if you know them. You will get a direct answer from the photographer, not a form.
